PSG is prepared to make a €100 million bid to Real Madrid.

Real Madrid faces a pressing need for a top-tier striker following Karim Benzema’s departure to Al-Ittihad last season. Benzema, the leading goal-scorer for Los Blancos over the past five seasons and the reigning Ballon d’Or recipient, leaves a significant void at the Santiago Bernabeu.

This summer, Joselu arrived at Real Madrid on loan. While the Spaniard has shown promise, it’s uncertain if he’s the ideal candidate to spearhead the team’s attacking line for a competitive run at major trophies next season. Alvaro, the club’s lone alternative in the striker position, is merely 18 years old and possesses limited senior-level experience.

Initial speculations linked Harry Kane to Real Madrid earlier in the transfer window. Known as one of the premier strikers globally, Kane seemed a fitting replacement for Benzema. However, recent developments have shifted the focus elsewhere, with Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain emerging as strong contenders in the race to secure Kane’s services.

PSG, reportedly keen on Kane, has intensified efforts by initiating discussions with Daniel Levy and Tottenham Hotspur, aiming to present a substantial offer of around €100 million, potentially satisfying Spurs’ demands.

While PSG remains actively pursuing Kane, Bayern Munich has also shown interest, reportedly submitting two offers. Real Madrid’s pursuit of the English national captain seems uncertain amid these developments, with the outcome of the Kane transfer saga yet to unfold, especially considering Tottenham Hotspur’s limited options given his contract’s expiration next summer.
