According to exclusive information obtained by TEAMtalk, Arsenal are prepared to allow Eddie Nketiah, their striker, to depart during the upcoming summer transfer window. Several Premier League clubs, including Crystal Palace, Fulham, and Brentford, are contemplating making a move for him.

While Arsenal are currently engaged in a fierce battle with Liverpool and Manchester City for the Premier League title, they are also actively working on rebuilding their squad for the upcoming season. Mikel Arteta, the manager, has singled out Nketiah as a player who could be let go, especially since the club was open to selling him during the January transfer window but couldn’t find a suitable replacement.

Despite Nketiah’s desire to remain at Arsenal and fight for his place, the club’s hierarchy is exploring options to generate funds and comply with Financial Fair Play regulations. Crystal Palace appears to be the frontrunner for Nketiah’s signature, with sources indicating that Palace are highly interested and have already made inquiries, especially after receiving signals that Nketiah might consider a move.

Nketiah’s representatives are actively seeking the best possible outcome for him in the summer transfer market, with staying at Arsenal still a possibility given that his contract runs until 2027. However, his playing time at Arsenal could be limited, as Arteta and his team are searching for a new striker to bolster their squad.

Nketiah, who has represented England once, has scored a total of 38 goals in 163 appearances for Arsenal since making his senior debut in 2017.
